A name, Peer Mehr Ali Shah, isn't a mere Sufi, but a renowned Muslim thinker, even Allama Iqbal asked for help on different occassions. Peer Sahib was near to death when he received a letter from Allama Iqbal, in which he inquired about a commentary on Ibn al Arabi's Fasoos Al Hikam; In return Peer Sahib replied,
''Again you are late to inquire about a matter as this schools has been closed".
